Located within the Wujang Industrial Park in Urumqi, VOBO—a subsidiary of Hunan Wujang Group, ranked among China's Top 500 Private Enterprises—is operating its northwest China's first glass insulator production line at full capacity. On the fully automated production line, finished products flow in an orderly manner. Stacks of glass insulators, after packaging, are ready for shipment and will be supplied to domestic markets such as Jiangxi and Hebei. Currently, the production line has secured orders for 600,000 pieces both domestically and internationally. Operating at full capacity, it can produce over 20,000 pieces daily, with a stable product qualification rate exceeding 90%, demonstrating robust production capabilities and reliable quality assurance.

To overcome traditional production bottlenecks and enhance product performance, VOBO introduced a fully automated tempered glass insulator production line integrated with an intelligent control system. This system achieves a leapfrog upgrade from manual measurement to high-precision batch production in core processes such as material mixing, kiln temperature regulation, and product forming. Notably, the imported natural gas-fired distribution melting fully automated kiln system employs high-temperature cameras for real-time monitoring of flame intensity and raw material melting status. while the batching system maintains weighing accuracy within 0.01%, significantly elevating production precision. The workshop is also equipped with comprehensive environmental protection equipment, enabling parallel advancement of green production and industrial development.

Leveraging its robust technical capabilities, this production line delivers products meeting all domestic scenarios—from low-voltage to ultra-high-voltage, and both AC and DC power systems—with manufacturing processes reaching nationally advanced standards. This technological edge has attracted international market attention, establishing the facility as a vital glass insulator supply base connecting domestic and global markets.
