As an enterprise dedicated to the research and development and manufacturing of power glass insulators, we are well aware that the power industry is the cornerstone of the national economy, and we also understand that the development of enterprises and social responsibility coexist and thrive together. We always incorporate environmental protection concepts throughout the entire production process and cover safety responsibilities throughout the product life cycle, contributing to the stability of the power system and the sustainability of the ecological environment with concrete actions.

Environmental Responsibility: Protecting the ecological environment through green manufacturing

Based on the characteristics of the glass insulator industry, we have transformed environmental protection requirements into practical action plans from three dimensions: "production consumption reduction, low-carbon products, and supply chain collaboration".

For the production end: Strictly control energy consumption and emissions

Optimize the production process, adopt photovoltaic power supply and natural gas clean energy to replace traditional high-energy-consuming heating methods, and reduce carbon emissions by over 5,000 tons annually. A wastewater and waste gas recycling treatment system has been established. After treatment, the recovery rate of production wastewater reaches over 95%, and the waste gas emission indicators are far lower than the national "Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants".

Product end: Low-carbon design throughout the entire life cycle

The service life of glass insulator products is over 30 years, reducing the waste of resources caused by frequent replacement. After the product is scrapped, it can be 100% recycled and reused, avoiding the burden of glass waste on the environment.

Supply Chain: Promoting green collaboration

Formulate the "Green Supplier Access Standards" and incorporate environmental protection indicators into the supplier assessment system; Regularly conduct environmental protection audits on upstream raw material suppliers and require them to provide environmental protection qualification certificates to control the green attributes of the industrial chain from the source.

Safety Responsibility: Build a solid safety defense line with the ultimate standards

Our safety responsibilities are divided into two core areas: "production safety" and "product safety". The former safeguards the lives and health of employees, while the latter ensures the stable operation of the power system. Both are indispensable.

Production safety: Build a solid protective net for employees

Establish a mechanism of "all-staff safety training + regular drills". New employees need to pass 30 hours of safety training and practical operation assessment upon joining the company, while veteran employees should undergo safety skills refresher training once every quarter. The production workshop is equipped with an intelligent safety monitoring system and fully provides professional protective equipment such as anti-scalding and anti-dust for employees, achieving a "zero occurrence" of production safety accidents.

Product safety: Safeguarding the stability of the power grid

By implementing "full-process quality control", from the raw materials entering the factory to the products leaving the factory, they need to go through more than 20 inspection procedures (such as mechanical strength tests, electrical breakdown tests, etc.), and the product qualification rate has remained stable at over 99.9%. We provide "installation guidance + regular inspection" services for power customers, helping the power grid avoid power supply failures caused by product issues.
