VOBO glass insulators shine at Power Uzbekistan 2026

The 19th edition of Power Uzbekistan 2026, held in 2026, kicked off on May 12th. As one of the largest and most authoritative power industry events in Central Asia, this exhibition brings together global energy equipment enterprises to explore new opportunities for green energy transformation, smart grid construction, and cross-border energy cooperation. Xinjiang Qiangshi New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (VOBO) made a significant appearance with its high-quality tempered glass insulators, leveraging its robust power equipment capabilities to build a bridge of cooperation between China's intelligent manufacturing and the Central Asian energy market, thereby facilitating the interconnection of energy infrastructure under the "Belt and Road" initiative.


As a core energy hub in Central Asia, Uzbekistan is accelerating the upgrading and reconstruction of its power grid, the construction of new energy bases, and the layout of cross-border power transmission networks. The demand for high-reliability, extreme environment-resistant, and long-lasting power insulation equipment continues to rise. It has built the first fully automated production line for intelligent glass insulators in Northwest China, with an annual production capacity of up to 6 million pieces. The products cover a full range of mechanical strengths from 40kN to 850kN and a full range of voltage levels from 10kV to ±1100kV for both AC and DC applications, adapting to the complex and harsh working conditions in Central Asia, such as severe cold, sandstorms, and large temperature differences between day and night.


At this exhibition, VOBO highlighted its core products of standard, anti-pollution, and aerodynamic tempered glass insulator series. These products boast core advantages such as high mechanical strength, low self-explosion rate, resistance to aging and corrosion, self-cleaning surface, strong visibility for easy inspection, and can effectively withstand wind and sand erosion, extreme temperature differences, and industrial pollution, significantly reducing line operation and maintenance costs and perfectly meeting the long-term stable operation needs of transmission lines in Central Asia. The company has passed ISO triple-system certification, and its products comply with IEC international standards. With rigorous quality control throughout the entire process, it has built a solid safety barrier for overseas power grid projects.


At the exhibition, the VOBO booth attracted many professional visitors for negotiations. The exhibiting team engaged in in-depth discussions with industry partners, focusing on core topics such as product performance, customized solutions, overseas project support, and cross-border delivery. They precisely matched the needs of Central Asian power grid transformation and new energy supporting transmission projects, fully showcasing China's technological advantages and manufacturing capabilities in high-end new power materials.
